Dear Potential Client,
Mindful Living reserves the right to extend services on a case‑by‑case basis, taking into account each client’s needs and the company’s current availability. We may decline a request if it falls outside our scope or if our schedule is at capacity. When a service request is approved, we will outline the specific terms and conditions applicable to that engagement.

What Can I Expect During My Session?
To ensure a productive session, please be in a quiet space with minimal distractions and reliable phone or internet connection. If the session cannot be completed due to poor reception, interruptions, or technical issues, the appointment may be ended and may not be rescheduled. Consultation fees are non‑refundable.
Will My Information Be Kept Confidential?
Yes. All information shared with Mindful Living during your consultation is kept strictly confidential.
Will Mindful Living Be Able to Answer All of My Questions?
We aim to provide clear, informed guidance based on the information available during your session. While we strive to address as much as possible, some questions may require additional research, follow‑up, or outside expertise.
What If Mindful Living Cannot Assist Me?
If we determine that your needs fall outside our scope, we will explain why and, when possible, offer referrals or suggestions for finding qualified practitioners in your area. In some cases, hiring a coach may not be necessary, and we will advise you accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability for all clients, Mindful Living maintains the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice
Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 8 hours in advance. You may modify your appointment through your booking confirmation link or by contacting us directly at info@themindfullivingco.com.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 8 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% late-cancellation fee, which compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you.
No-shows
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in disqualification from future services.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Tardiness may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to applicable fee.
Exceptions
We understand emergencies occur. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Fees
Your service fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable, it covers preparation and the time reserved for your session.
Refunds
Cancellation fees are non-refundable except in the case of company-initiated cancellations (or qualifying exceptions as determined by the company).
